We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness job in Sidcup. We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Club Manager to work with a well renowned and rapidly growing business within the health and fitness industry.
The Role
- Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance
- Inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and consistently going above and beyond to deliver
- Responsible for the day to day running of the facilities
- Strong focus on standards and levels of service

The Person
- Experienced Manager who can demonstrate a high level of experience when running their own department or club
- Understanding about the levels of service needed to make their business a success
- Proven track record in sales
- Passion for fitness and a drive to succeed
