As an Assistant Hub Coach
As an Assistant Hub Coach, you will support the Hub Lead in delivering structured weekly training sessions.
You Will Play a Key Role In
- Supporting delivery of engaging coaching sessions
- Working with players aged 7–18
- Assisting across batting, bowling and fielding
- Helping create a positive and energetic environment
- Supporting session organisation and player management
Pay & Opportunities
- £15–£20 per hour (depending on experience)
- Opportunities for 1:1 coaching work
- Priority access to ARCC camps & programmes
- Pathway to become a Hub Lead Coach (£25ph + incentives)

Requirements
We are looking for coaches who are:
- ECB qualified (Level 1 minimum or working towards)
- Passionate about coaching young players
- Reliable, professional and enthusiastic
- Strong communicators with players and parents
- Keen to develop within a structured coaching system
