Job Summary
Seeking an individual who can support the delivery of commercial activities across key retail accounts, working closely with Account Managers and Trading Managers. The role focuses on providing accurate commercial administration, data analysis, and promotional support, ensuring customers, internal teams, and systems are effectively aligned. This position offers an opportunity to develop strong commercial and account management skills within a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide day-to-day commercial support to the Commercial team.
- Assist to accurately cost commercial deals under direction from the trading managers.
- Prepare new supply contracts.
- Support the trading team with data analysis and collection.
- Assist with contract balances for specific customers.
- Submit weekly cost price changes to the buying team ensuring they are accurate.
- Track and monitor EPOS sales performance.
- Assist the LDH Retail promotional process.
- Ensuring all promotions are submitted correctly in a timely manner.
- Monitoring promotional loading and implementation.
- Evaluation of promotional effectiveness.
- Reconciliation of promotional funding.
- Track and monitor LDH distribution points.
- Understand how to use retailer’s portals to run ad-hoc reports.
- Manage some admin element of NPD, Packaging and Technical projects with relevant departments.
- Manage admin element of range review process to ensure all departments are briefed, spreadsheets with relevant data is updated and accurate.
- Coordinate and manage samples.

Knowledge/Qualifications

- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- SAP (desirable).
- Excel.
- Administration.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Quality approach and attention to detail.
