Job Description:
Sash Window Conservation Ltd is a specialist manufacturer and installer of bespoke timber windows and doors, with nearly 30 years' experience delivering heritage, refurbishment, and high-end residential projects across London and the Southeast. Based in Staplehurst, Kent, we design, manufacture, and install high-performance timber joinery for many of the UK's leading contractors, architects, and private clients. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated individual to join our Commercial team. Previous estimating or construction industry experience would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your commercial career within a well-established and growing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately calculating and providing commercial quotations to customers
- Answering inbound calls from prospective and existing customers and assisting with their enquiries
- Responding to emails quickly and efficiently
- To build a strong rapport with loyal and existing customers and assist in building relationships with new clients
- Responding to quote and invoice queries
- Processing orders received via email and also via the telephone
- Other adhoc administration duties as required
- Potentially create and maintain internal Excel spreadsheets (if needed)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Maths and confident with Excel to provide commercial quotations
- Good Communication, outgoing personality along with teamwork skills but also able to work independently
- Good IT skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
- Educated to A level or equivalent
- Flexibility to assist other departments at times.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
Experience:
- Commercial, Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Customer Support: 1 year (preferred)
