Your Impact

Our Commercial Systems, Data, Governance and Performance team plays a key role in shaping how commercial systems, data and reporting support one of the UK's most largest and exciting infrastructure projects. As an Assistant Commercial Manager, you will be working alongside an experienced Commercial Manager and a diverse team of stakeholders to help support, develop and enhance our commercial systems, while delivering the reporting insights that are essential to successful project delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in commercial systems, reporting or data management who wants to broaden their experience within a major infrastructure programme. You'll gain exposure to large-scale procurement and commercial processes, influence how systems are used and developed, and work closely with stakeholders to improve data quality, governance and performance visibility. The role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, driving improvements and turning information into meaningful insight. You'll need strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise effectively, and confidence communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
