We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team as an Assistant Community Manager supporting our Co-Living community, Sunday Mills in Earlsfield!
You will contribute to our vision of “enriching residential communities with expertise and passion, making our cities incredible places to live” by:
- Acting as the face of the building alongside the Front of House, displaying professionalism and genuine care for the property.
- Leading key day-to-day activities to a high standard to ensure a fantastic resident experience.
- Motivating and engaging staff to create a high-performing team.
- Supporting the Community & Operations Manager to instil trust and confidence with investors.

What You Will Do
Leasing:
- Manage property portal listings, responding to new enquiries and booking tours
- Manage the application process to ensure 100% compliance before move-in
- Oversee the move-in and move-out process, ensuring SOPs are followed while providing a great resident experience
Resident/Building Services:
- Lead by example and deliver great customer service in person, by phone, email, and online
- Ensure each team member meets the required customer service standards and motivate staff to go above and beyond
- Manage the property Outlook inbox and PMS activities by delegating and completing tasks in a timely manner
- Support Front of House with general enquiries and complaints, escalating as per complaints policy
- Keep residents informed about general updates and specific works via building posters and PMS emails
- Work with the team to ensure maintenance requests are actioned promptly, and that the building meets high cleanliness and appearance standards
- Oversee resident services such as parcel management, key security, amenity bookings, etc.
- Assist with the organisation and planning of Residents’ events
- Promote interaction of residents through socials, activities, and encourage residents to utilise the communal spaces in the building
People Management:
- Act as a role model for the values and key behaviors outlined
- Effectively line manage Front of House by providing all the training and support needed for success, providing regular positive and constructive feedback, and by conducting monthly 121s
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, paying close attention to detail, and providing both positive and constructive feedback
- Promote effective two-way communication and true engagement
- Identify and meet individual learning needs, acting as coach and mentor as required

What We Are Looking For
- Experience within an operational role, preferably residential property
- Significant experience of delivering excellent customer service
- People management and/or team leader experience
- Communication skills – both verbal and written
- Customer service, including negotiation skills and dealing with difficult situations
- People management skills and the ability to achieve great results through people
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems (training will be provided)
- Organisation skills and time management, with a close attention to detail
