THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a senior leadership role at the heart of the Foundation. Working alongside the Community Manager, you'll take operational responsibility for the Foundation's day-to-day running. You'll lead our Heads of Department and drive delivery standards across all programmes and functions.

You'll help shape the Foundation's strategic direction, manage key external relationships and deputise for the Community Manager when needed. We're looking for a confident, values-led leader who thrives in a fast-paced community setting. Above all, you'll be committed to making a lasting difference in Boston and the surrounding area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deputise for the Community Manager, providing effective leadership across the organisation.
• Line manage, mentor and support staff, building confidence and competence across the team.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the Foundation's strategic business plan.
• Oversee project delivery across all programmes, ensuring high-quality outcomes and meeting funder requirements.
• Monitor the Foundation's KPIs and report progress to the Community Manager.
• Build relationships with partners across the public, private and voluntary sectors, and work alongside Boston United FC to ensure a joined-up approach across the club.
• Support the Foundation's financial systems, including budget monitoring, purchasing and kit distribution.
• Support our marketing and communications, celebrating the impact of our programmes.
• Act as a designated safeguarding officer, maintaining accurate DBS records for staff.
