Your new role

A 6-month interim role in a fantastic company covering a wide range of sectors. You'll be involved in monitoring governance processes and ensuring compliance with UK regulatory frameworks. Advising both clients and internal stakeholders on regulatory implications and required actions will be a regular part of your role. Additionally, you'll support and manage corporate transactions, including restructuring, acquisitions, and capital reductions.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you will bring strong technical Company Secretarial skills and enjoy working in a highly transactional environment. You will be confident in a client-facing role, managing a large and varied portfolio, and will take pride in delivering a high standard of service. Experience handling share matters will be a distinct advantage and will help you stand out as a candidate. You will ideally be part-qualified or fully qualified with the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) and have a minimum of four years' experience in a Company Secretarial position. This is a fixed-term contract, ideally starting immediately or with a short notice period.
