We are partnering with a true leader in the multi-let industrial (MLI) area of the UK and European real estate market. This organisation’s strong performance to date has been bolstered further by private equity backing, and this continued growth has prompted the search for a Company Secretary to join the team in the business’s central London office.

The role sits in a small Corporate Governance team and will report into the Head of Legal, Compliance and Corporate Governance and liaise with the group’s investors. More specifically, it will encompass:

  • Management board and committees’ packs and minuting
  • Maintaining the statutory books of various companies within the group
  • Dealing with company returns/filings for group companies in the group, incorporated in England & Wales, Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man and BVI
  • Managing the liquidation of corporate entities
  • Drafting of board and shareholders resolutions
  • Maintaining the risk compliance process, and maintaining the group risk register

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
