Assistant Company Secretary
A newly created Assistant Company Secretary position, supporting the Company Secretary in delivering first-class governance across the Board, its Committees and the wider Group. This is a broad and high-profile role covering Board and Committee administration, statutory and regulatory compliance (including Listing Rules, and MAR), the Annual Report and AGM process, entity management across the UK and Ireland, and administration of the Company's share plans.

Key Requirements:
- Prior corporate governance experience gained within a listed company or a professional services environment.
- CGIUKI qualification (or near qualification) is preferred.
- A strong understanding of company law, corporate governance best practice, and relevant listing regulations.
