St George's Team Ministry is looking for an organised and customer-focused Assistant Conference & Events Manager to support the delivery of conferences, meetings and events across our portfolio of venues in Leeds.

Working closely with the Conference and Events Manager, you will help manage bookings, coordinate events, provide excellent customer service, support marketing activities, and ensure our venues deliver a professional and welcoming experience for all users. Hospitality experience is essential.

Location: St George’s Conference Centre, Church & Holy Trinity Boar Lane (Leeds)

Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days) Term time only may be an option

Salary: £27,000–£28,000 (pro rata) + pension
