An established and growing main contractor is looking to recruit a Junior or Assistant Construction Manager to join their delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction graduate or someone with 1-2 years' site experience who is looking to develop their career under the guidance of experienced Construction Managers.

This role would suit someone who is eager to learn, proactive in their approach, and looking for a business that will invest in their long-term development.

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of construction projects on site.
  • Supporting site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring progress.
  • Helping manage site logistics, quality control and health & safety.
  • Attending site meetings and liaising with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
  • Producing site reports and maintaining project documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
