ASSISTANT CONTENT & ACTIVATION MANAGER DIGITAL MARKETING HYBRID – WIMBLEDON (LONDON) - 2 to 3 days per week in the office

Join Coty's Digital Content & Activation team and help bring some of the world's most iconic beauty brands to life across leading UK retailers. This role is focused on delivering best-in-class digital content, ensuring flawless launch execution, supporting CRM activity, and optimising online brand experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and growth. Drawing on the Digital Content & Activation team's need for strong operational ownership, launch excellence, and retailer.com execution across Consumer Beauty and Prestige brands.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Assistant Content Manager, you play a critical role in delivering end-to-end digital content activation across Consumer Beauty and Prestige brands. You will ensure launches are retailer-ready, content is accurate and engaging, CRM activities are effectively supported, and digital experiences are continuously optimised to maximise performance across key retailer channels.

Here’s the day in the life of Coty's Digital Content & Activation superstar:

GO-TO-MARKET LAUNCHES & DIGITAL ACTIVATION

  • Own end-to-end launch readiness across retailer websites and digital channels, ensuring all content is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate product imagery, copy updates, artwork requests, agency briefs and retailer launch materials.
  • Conduct launch readiness audits, identify content gaps and work with local and global teams to resolve issues before go-live.
  • Maintain retailer brand pages, product catalogues and activation plans, ensuring content remains current and effective.
  • Build strong partnerships with retailers, brand teams and agency partners to deliver best-in-class digital execution.

  • Implement GEO and AI-driven content recommendations across retailer product pages, brand pages and supporting assets.
  • Support the optimisation of PDPs, brand pages, key campaign pages and retailer activations to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor competitor and cross-category best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance Coty's digital presence.
  • Manage image refresh and creative expiry processes, ensuring digital content remains compliant and up to date.
  • Maintain launch trackers, content calendars and activation reporting to support continuous improvement.

CRM & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

  • Support the CRM Manager with the execution of retailer and brand CRM activation plans.
  • Maintain accurate product catalogues, ensuring launches, variants, imagery and updates are reflected across channels.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage digital assets and content governance processes.
  • Monitor competitor CRM activity and share actionable insights with the wider team.
  • Drive operational excellence through strong organisation, attention to detail and proactive stakeholder management.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a digitally savvy content specialist with strong organisational skills and a passion for online shopping experiences, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative and eager to take ownership while continuously improving how things are done.

  • Experience in digital content, eCommerce, retailer.com, marketing activation or online merchandising.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Interest in CRM, GEO, AI-driven content and emerging digital commerce trends.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Experience within beauty, fashion, FMCG, retail or consumer brands is advantageous.
