As part of your application, we'd like to see an example of your writing skills. Please write about your favourite holiday destination in no more than 1000 characters. Think about the sort of customer who would enjoy visiting it, and touch on some specific examples to back up your description. The content you create should be equivalent to one of our resort intros – the 3 paragraphs under the bullet points. Before you start, take a look at our tone of voice guidance, to help your copy sound like Crystal.
As an Assistant Content Editor at TUI, you'll support the delivery of accurate and engaging written content for Crystal Ski Holidays and TUI Lakes & Mountains across web, app, digital and print channels. You'll also have the opportunity to create new content to inspire customers as they research, plan and book their holidays.
The role will be published until 17th August 2026.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
