We're delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join the Everyone Active Sheffield contract, the largest and one of the most diverse contracts with Everyone Active as an Assistant Contract Manager. This is a fantastic development opportunity for a highly driven and passionate Manager with multi-site experience looking to grow, develop and expand their skills and knowledge through exposure to wide variety of facilities.

The Sheffield Contract is truly unique, encompassing an incredible portfolio of facilities including Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Ice Sheffield, the English Institute of Sport, multiple swimming pools, fitness suites, golf courses, tennis and gymnastics facilities, and elite sporting venues used by GB athletes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive profitability across the contract through commercial leadership and performance management
  • Drive and deliver exceptional standards and customer service through the General Manager and Contract wide roles
  • Work with the Contract Manager to maximize income potential, new opportunities, and centre occupancy
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the General Managers to deliver against financial and commercial targets
  • Ensure all sites operate in line with contractual, regulatory, and company standards
  • Use data, insight, and performance metrics to continuously improve commercial outcomes and customer engagement

About you

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall profitability of the contract.
  • Be passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and retention in the contract.
  • Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your teams and centre members
