An excellent opportunity is available for an Assistant Contracts Manager, for those who are looking for that next step in their career from day to day site management.

The position will be to join a growing main contractor that deliver high quality commercial and industrial newbuild and refurb solutions both regionally and nationally, on values up to £10m.
The role would suit those at either a Site Manager, Assistant Project Manager level or have a small amount of experience in contracts management from a contractor background.

The position would be a development role, where you would have responsibility for supporting the operational delivery of smaller projects within business, whilst working closely with the Construction Director as a support across the business, who in turn will assist in your continued development.
Therefore, our client would be interested in speaking to candidates who fit the following brief;
- Hold a minimum of an HNC/HND or NVQ level 4 in a building related qualification.
- Already have had exposure to a Junior Site / Operational management role within an associated building contractor environments.
- Be a versatile and flexible individual, with the drive to develop and progress.
- A good communicator at all levels.
- Strong IT skills.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
