The Joint Research Office (JRO) is responsible for managing a large, internationally recognised portfolio of research activity.
Exciting Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has risen within the R&D finance team to join as an Assistant Cost and Management Accountant to provide a comprehensive financial management support to the Research & Development Directorate.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated, committed, and reliable individual with experience of working within a finance department. You will be:
- Technically competent
- Have great attention to detail abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in Accounting packages – Oracle
- Proficient in Microsoft skills such as Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Able to work in partnership with a broad range of stakeholders, including clinicians
- Possessing a first degree or studying towards CCAB/CIMA/ACCA professional accountancy qualification
