Assistant Creche Manager | Newbridge

Full-Time Position

Little Harvard in Newbridge is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Centre Manager and help run our early years centre.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Centre Manager in daily operations
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team
  • Ensure compliance with Tusla, ECCE, and other regulations
  • Build strong relationships with families
  • Assist with administration, rosters, audits, and curriculum planning
  • Step into leadership when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7+ a bonus)
  • Leadership or senior educator experience
  • Knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and best practice in early years education
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • Calm, proactive, and confident in a busy environment
