Position: Assistant Custom Manager

The Role

As Assistant Custom Manager, you will work closely with the Custom Manager to ensure that custom orders and client accounts are managed accurately, efficiently and to LaDuca's standards from initial fitting through to production and delivery.

You will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of administrative, operational and client-facing activities, while also supporting fittings, production and the wider Custom team.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities who is comfortable making decisions, solving problems and maintaining the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Custom Accounts & Order Management

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of custom client accounts, ensuring all order, production and invoice information is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain order tracking, client records and priority lists.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure additional costs, including shipping, travel and other applicable charges, are accurately recorded and passed to clients.
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure finished products reach clients or third parties in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of fittings, specifications, approvals and fit checks.
  • Create and maintain client files for new productions, cast changes and ongoing accounts.

  • Coordinate with the Custom Manager on EU and international remote accounts, reviewing fitting information and supporting appropriate sizing and product decisions.
  • Attend client meetings with the Custom Manager and ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded and communicated.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
