About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Assistant DC, Driver & FLT Operator. In this role you will be responsible for executing the day-to-day picking, packing, replenishment, and fulfilment of orders.
What will you be doing?
Order Fulfilment
- Complete daily picking, packing, and preparation of orders in line with SLA and operational standards.
- Accurately follow pick lists, packing instructions, and quality checks to ensure order correctness.
- Support outbound flows for B2C, B2B, and retail store fulfilment.
Inbound & Stock Handling
- Receive goods, perform checks against delivery notes, and process put away accurately.
- Oversee returns, damaged stock, or quarantined items according to SOPs.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
Stock Accuracy & Compliance
- Ensure accurate scanning and recording of stock movements in WMS/ERP systems.
- Participate in cycle counts or stock reconciliation as required.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or system errors promptly to Supervisors.
Health & Safety
- Comply with all H&S policies and procedures, including PPE, manual handling, and safe operation of equipment.
- Report hazards, near misses, or unsafe practices to Supervisors.
- Follow site security and operational compliance rules.
Teamwork & Communication
- Collaborate with colleagues across shifts to achieve daily operational targets.
- Escalate operational issues, stock discrepancies, or system issues to Supervisors.
- Support new team members with guidance and sharing of operational knowledge.
Specialist Responsibilities (FLT / CPC Drivers)
- Operate forklifts (FLT) and/or company vehicles (CPC) safely and in compliance with regulatory and site-specific procedures.
- Complete daily pre-use checks, maintenance reporting, and safe operation of assigned machinery/vehicles.
- Support Supervisors and colleagues in moving goods, stock replenishment, or production tasks requiring specialised equipment.
- Function as a resource for training or mentoring other operatives on safe equipment operation.
- Follow all relevant H&S procedures and policies in relation to operating a vehicle.

Who are we looking for?
To be successful, you will have a full clean UK Driving License, and a current CPC Driver qualification and ideally a FLT Driver qualification and license.
You’ll be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of DC production operations and an excellent understanding and positive approach to customer service and expectations, including experience with LGV vehicle admin management and vehicle safety checks.
