Role Overview
RH is seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Dining Room Leader to drive service and operational excellence within RH Hospitality. As a member of this team, you will work in partnership with the Property Leadership Team to execute Remarkable Hospitality while inspiring and empowering Team Members to create an extraordinary guest experience. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at developing others, and leads with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide in-the-moment guidance to uphold RH’s dining room service standards and support Team Members in shift
- Support the execution of quality and safety standards across all hospitality spaces by observing operations, addressing issues in real time, and providing feedback to Team Members as needed.
- Engage with and act as a resource for our guests and Team Members in order to create a seamless experience
- Assist in driving operational excellence by implementing and upholding quality and safety standards across all hospitality areas, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Contribute to daily Leader Notes log with record of staff, training, service, and food issues dealt with during shift, and maintain confidentiality with respect to Team Member information

Our Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in full-service restaurants, preferably in luxury hospitality, with a demonstrated ability to exemplify strong leadership qualities, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management systems, Micros Point of Sale or equivalent system, and email communication
- Effectively multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects, workload and business partners in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
- Legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hire
- Effective verbal communication in English is required to provide exceptional service to guests and collaborate with fellow Team Members

Physical Requirements
- Frequent stooping, bending, and reaching, both overhead and below counter height
- Lifting or moving items up to 25 kg using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques
- Safely ascending and descending stairs, with or without carrying food, beverages, or service equipment
- Standing and walking for extended periods as part of daily work activities
- Delivering food using proper two-handed carrying techniques
- Commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment
