As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our Food & Beverage teams, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and driving operational excellence across our venue.
About the Role
As the friendly face of the 494 guest bedrooms, 6 Meeting and Events spaces, In-Room Dining, Florentine Restaurant and Bar at the stylish Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge with spectacular views across London.
As the friendly face of the 399 guest bedrooms, 7 Meeting and Events spaces, and Atrio Restaurant and Bar at the stylish Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge overlooking the River Thames with spectacular views across London.
Responsibilities
The key role for you as our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

Requirements
We are looking for our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, who:
- Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service
- Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Monitors inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
- Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets
- Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- Has previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
