We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Director of Housing Access and Support
Based in North East England (hybrid).
We believe in life without barriers.
This is a pivotal time for our organisation, and we are excited to be recruiting into this important position, playing a key role in strategically leading and managing the delivery of lettings and tenancy sustainment and act as Principal Safeguarding Lead across the business.
We are looking for a leader who will motivate and inspire teams to deliver outstanding performance, high customer satisfaction and lead innovation and continuous improvement. You will contribute to directorate and corporate transformation and improvement projects supporting the delivery of the vision and mission of believe housing.
