Salary/Benefits

  • £73,577 - £77,904 plus £1,422 environmental allowance
  • Generous pension scheme
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Flexible working arrangement
  • Monday - Friday 37 hours per week (42 hours gross)
  • This is a 2-year fixed-term contract.

What you'll do

  • Lead the delivery of a comprehensive HR ERP/HRIS programme, ensuring all phases from design to post-implementation are successfully executed on time and within scope
  • Develop and embed new HR systems, processes, and ways of working to enhance service quality, accessibility, and operational efficiency
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, internal teams, external suppliers, and partners to support organisational objectives
  • Drive effective governance, risk mitigation, and resource management throughout the programme lifecycle
  • Lead change management activities, ensuring staff are supported and engaged during transformation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
