The Team
A&M's People, Reward and Performance (PRP) Practice is a specialist HR and reward consultancy, partnering with organisations across a broad range of industries to solve complex business and people challenges. We work at the intersection of business strategy, organisation, performance, reward and talent, developing strategic and practical solutions aligned to our clients' business goals and underpinned by robust data and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a leading role in advising clients on complex people and workforce reward challenges, taking responsibility for shaping and delivering solutions that attract, retain, motivate and engage their people. The role requires deep reward expertise, strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate complex analysis and market insight into clear recommendations for senior client stakeholders. Wider responsibilities include:
- Leading client engagements and workstreams, taking ownership for delivery quality, commercial outcomes and senior client relationships.
- Leading the development of people and reward strategies that align people investment with clients' business, talent and performance objectives.
- Providing senior oversight of complex analytical work, drawing out the implications, risks and opportunities that matter to client decision-making.
- Leading the design of reward structures, including pay frameworks and short- and long-term incentive arrangements.
- Developing clear points of view and commercially focused recommendations that influence senior stakeholder and executive decision-making.
- Leading and developing Managers and junior colleagues, providing direction, coaching and quality assurance across engagements.
- Contributing to the growth of the PRP practice through identifying opportunities, developing proposals and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications
- Significant experience within reward, ideally gained in a consulting or similarly client-facing environment, with experience across a range of reward areas.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the credibility to advise senior and executive stakeholders and deliver clear, high-quality written and verbal advice.
- The ability to manage conflicting demands within a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial, action-oriented approach.
- A track record of leading significant client engagements or workstreams and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing colleagues and maintaining high standards of delivery.
The ideal candidate will be engaged, entrepreneurial, action-oriented and hands-on, with the judgement and confidence to operate effectively with senior clients. The ability to build trusted client relationships, lead colleagues and work collaboratively across A&M will be key to success.
Joining PRP
You will take a leading role across a varied portfolio of clients and assignments, working directly with senior client stakeholders and A&M colleagues across our wider business. You will have significant autonomy to shape client solutions, lead delivery, develop our people and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
