What you’ll be doing
As an eCommerce Trading Assistant, you will:
- Understand market drivers and contribute to our ambitious growth targets.
- Drive revenue and customer growth, supporting Boots.com’s overall performance.
- Champion technical development initiatives and support new product launches.
- Ensure the legal and safe trade of our categories online while meeting KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance our trading strategies.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Experience in e-commerce or a strong interest in digital trading.
- Financial acumen to analyse and articulate performance metrics.
- Understanding of performance marketing and trading levers.
- A willingness to push boundaries and take calculated risks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
