Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them thrive? Join YMCA Trinity Group as an Assistant Engagement Officer and play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for young residents.
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Accommodation team, where you’ll help deliver engagement and intervention programmes tailored to the needs of young people. Working closely with Project Workers, you’ll plan activities and provide one-to-one support that encourages personal growth and independence.

What We’re Looking For
- High standard of communication, people and organisational skills
- Proven ability to use IT software including Microsoft Office and online databases
- Ability to work within a reactive environment and stay calm when under pressure
- Able to work weekends

Days and hours - 16 hours over weekends
What We Offer
- Annual salary £10,574.72 (£12.71 per hour)
- 5 weeks holiday & public holiday allowance, plus a paid day off for your birthday (Pro rata)
- Competitive rates of pay and company pension (NEST Scheme).
- Your DBS Check Facilitated / Cost Paid as part of your onboarding
