Assistant Facilities Manager (ISS) - Lincoln

ISS is looking for an experienced Facilities Management Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality FM services across a regional portfolio based in Lincoln.

About the Role

This is a key operational role for someone who enjoys a varied environment, working with clients, contractors and operational teams to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the day-to-day delivery and coordination of Facilities Management services across the portfolio.
  • Coordinating planned preventative maintenance, reactive works and remedial activities within agreed SLAs.
  • Working closely with engineering, soft services, contractors and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Supporting HSEQ compliance, statutory requirements and client-specific standards.
  • Coordinating emergency preparedness activities, including evacuation drills, incident response and business continuity procedures.
  • Supporting audits, compliance inspections and service performance reporting.
  • Ensuring contractors are safely and compliantly managed, including inductions, permits, supervision and escorting.
  • Maintaining accurate records across CAFM systems and compliance documentation.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development, training and competency of operational teams.
  • Providing a professional, customer-focused service and helping to deliver an excellent workplace experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience within Facilities Management, service coordination or a similar operational environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, HSEQ and compliance requirements.
  • Experience coordinating teams, contractors and FM service delivery.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A calm, professional approach, particularly when dealing with emergencies or challenging situations.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with good commercial awareness.
  • Confidence delivering training and operational presentations.
  • Experience using CAFM systems; Tririga experience would be desirable.
