Assistant Farm Manager – Noble Foods (Happy Egg Co.) - East Yorkshire
Salary: £32,000–£35,000 DOE

The Role
As Assistant Farm Manager, you'll support the Farm Manager in the day-to-day running of an egg-laying poultry farm, helping to ensure high standards of bird welfare, biosecurity, and egg production.

Key Responsibilities
- Support flock health, welfare, and egg production.
- Monitor production data, feed usage, and flock performance.
- Maintain biosecurity, hygiene, and welfare standards.
- Assist with staff rotas, training, and daily task allocation.
- Keep accurate farm records and support KPI reporting.
- Monitor farm equipment and assist with maintenance.
- Promote health & safety and environmental best practice.
About You
- Experience in poultry or agricultural operations.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of animal welfare, biosecurity, and farm compliance.
- Basic IT skills and experience using digital reporting systems.
