About Radius Brands

Radius Brands is a London-based brand management and licensing business working across fashion and home. We build and grow brands like Amanda Wakeley, Kelly Hoppen and Unhidden with partners and retailers, taking product from design through to delivery.

The Role

Radius Brands is looking for an organised, hands-on Assistant to support our fashion and home brands. The role mixes administration, logistics and general office support, and can be part time or full time for the right person. This is the perfect role for someone with an interest in buying, merchandising or licensing - we are open to a new grad or someone with previous experience.

It suits someone who is happy to turn their hand to anything, from updating a spreadsheet and booking a DHL shipment to unpacking a delivery. No two days are the same, and no job is too small.

What You'll Be Doing

Administration

  • Provide day-to-day admin support across the brands: data entry, filing, record keeping and general correspondence
  • Keep spreadsheets accurate and up to date in Excel, including stock, orders and samples
  • Learn and use our internal systems, and keep the information in them current
  • Help follow up with our licensing clients and retailers, and do research on new brands and sales avenues

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
