This position will require extensive travel throughout the UK and an enhanced DBS check will be completed.
The Role
As an Assistant Fencing Manager, you will support the delivery of fencing projects across the UK. Working closely with the Fencing Projects Manager, you will help coordinate site operations, subcontractors, materials, and client requirements to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering quality fencing installations for our clients.
- Helping to continue the growth of the fencing business at SIS.
- Delivering fencing projects on program and within budget.
- Travelling to projects to survey the work.
- Completing Method statements and risk assessments for fencing projects.
- Organising labour.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within the fencing industry
- Happy to work outdoors and be willing to support the business during peak summer months.
- Able to work away from home regularly.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety.
- A full driving licence is necessary.
- A willingness to learn and adapt as and when required.
