Spectrum Community Health CIC are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to be part of the Management Accounts Team.
About the Role
This role involves providing financial support for the Corporate Services within Spectrum.
We strive to provide the most accurate and in-depth financial assurances for the Finance Team as a whole and the wider business.
Responsibilities
- Financial Support: Provide high-quality management accounting work, which involves the analysis of financial information and preparation of financial reports.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure that financial information is processed in accordance with Spectrum’s policies and procedures and ensure the work is completed in line with financial timescales.
- Financial Monitoring: Monitor the current and forecast financial position, which will feed into the committee and board reporting.
- Head of Finance Support: Assist and support the Head of Finance in the execution of the Board’s statutory financial responsibilities.
- Corporate Support: Provide comprehensive financial support, advice, and information to Heads of Department, delegated budget holder, and all other levels of the Board’s Management team to ensure the best corporate services within the limited budgeted resources available.
- Value Delivery: Support the Head of Finance in detailed financial analysis to support Spectrum’s CIP workstreams focused on delivering value for money on an ongoing basis.
- Deputising: Deputise for the finance team’s Finance Managers as required.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to the Assistant Management Accountants.
- Budget Management: Responsible for the budget of junior staff within the Finance Department.
