About the Role
At Park Plaza, first-class service and delicious food and drink are every bit as important to the hotel experience as a great night’s sleep in a stylish location is. That is why your contribution as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is so important.
As the friendly face of the 399 guest bedrooms, 7 Meeting and Events spaces, and Atrio Restaurant and Bar at the stylish Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge overlooking the River Thames with spectacular views across London.
The Key Role
As our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, who:
- Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service
- Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Monitors inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
- Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets

- Has previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
