We have enjoyed a long-standing partnership with this prestigious global client, and we are seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager with a proven background in luxury hospitality to play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience from day one.
Job Description
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will help elevate and define the food and beverage proposition across the campus, drawing on your experience from premium hospitality environments to create memorable dining experiences, impeccable service standards and a culture of excellence. You will collaborate with colleagues across all service areas to deliver a seamless and sophisticated guest journey that reflects the very highest standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
- Experience within a five-star hotel, luxury restaurant, premium events venue, private members' club or similar high-end hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for luxury service and exceptional guest experiences
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining impeccable standards
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, VIP guests and international visitors
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to remain calm, professional and solution-focused in a demanding environment
- A desire to continuously elevate standards and create memorable moments for every guest
