Job Description

The Assistant F&B Manager supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including our restaurant and bar Keeper, room service, banquets, and other dining facilities. The role ensures exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, compliance with health and safety standards, and achievement of financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operation of all food and beverage outlets.
  • Supervise and support food and beverage team members.
  • Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns.
  • Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
  • Support banquet and special event operations.
  • Prepare operational reports and perform manager duties in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
