About Smile Dental Care
Smile Dental Care is a growing, dentist-led dental group with a strong family feel and a clear focus on delivering excellent patient care. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive and personable PA / Executive Assistant to provide key support to our CEO and Central Operations team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy organisation, is naturally organised and can confidently manage a variety of tasks and priorities.
The Role
Working closely with our CEO and Central Operations team, you will provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support, helping to ensure that the central function runs smoothly and efficiently.
The role will suit someone who is highly organised, takes pride in their work and is comfortable dealing with people at all levels of an organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and PA support to the CEO and Central Operations team
- Managing diaries, meetings and appointments
- Preparing meeting agendas, documents and presentations
- Taking meeting notes and following up on agreed actions
- Coordinating meetings across our dental practices and central teams
- Managing correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and documentation
- Assisting with reports and general operational administration
- Supporting the CEO and senior team with projects and deadlines
- Helping coordinate communications between the central office and our practices
- Arranging travel and other practical requirements when needed
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Providing general support to the wider Central Operations team as required

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and able to anticipate what needs to be done
- Confident communicating with people at all levels
- Professional, friendly and approachable
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Discreet and trustworthy when dealing with confidential information
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- A good communicator with excellent written and verbal English
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but can also work independently
- Flexible and willing to get involved wherever needed

Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, Operations Administrator or similar would be advantageous. Experience within healthcare or dentistry is welcome but not essential.

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience.
Full-time position based in Slough, with an alternative location available in Tower Hamlets.
