We're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Front Office Manager to help lead our Front Office team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating outstanding guest experiences, developing people and delivering operational excellence in a busy, full-service hotel.
Working alongside the Front Office Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the Front Desk, Guest Relations and Concierge teams, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay from arrival through to departure.
What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day management of Front Office operations, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Inspire, coach and develop the Front Office team to deliver consistently high standards.
- Create memorable guest experiences by responding confidently to guest needs and resolving issues professionally.
- Drive room revenue through effective upselling, inventory management and revenue awareness.
- Assist with forecasting, rota planning and labour management to achieve productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts, cash handling and credit procedures.
- Work collaboratively with departments across the hotel to deliver a smooth guest journey.
- Use Opera PMS, Marsha and Marriott brand standards to ensure operational excellence.
- Support hotel safety, security and emergency procedures while maintaining compliance with company policies.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong operational knowledge with genuine passion for hospitality.
You'll Ideally Have
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a hotel Front Office.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Opera PMS; Marsha knowledge would be an advantage.
- Understanding of revenue management, labour control and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and developing high-performing teams.
