We have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Assistant Front Office Manager where you will be at the centre of our guests’ experience by supporting the Front Office Manager in leading the front office team and ensuring every guest receives a warm, welcoming and memorable stay.

The Role
You Will Be
- Supporting the Front Office Manager with the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring operational standards and guest expectations are met.
- Assisting with staffing levels and scheduling to ensure operational efficiency and a seamless guest experience.
- Monitoring service standards and providing coaching and development to the team.
- Monitoring guest feedback and supporting initiatives to continuously improve guest experience.
- Handling guest enquiries and complaints professionally, finding appropriate solutions promptly and effectively.
- Supporting and motivating the Front Office team, leading by example and creating a positive and collaborative environment.
What do you need to apply?
We are looking for someone who thrives in a guest-focused environment and who has a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will have previous experience in a similar Front Office, reception role, along with having excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be proactive and have the ability to make effective decisions whilst focusing on the guest experience. You will also have a passion for supporting and developing others and inspiring the team to deliver their best every day.
