Assistant Front Office Manager

Where will you be working?

Our Front Office team are the face of The Ned, working in our vibrant ground floor where no two days are the same.

Where’s the office?

We’re in the beautiful old Midland Bank building in the City of London, just next to Bank station and well-connected for all of London’s public transport.

What will you be doing?

Essentially, you're our duty manager, and you'll be the key support to our Front Office Manager and team in the daily operations, welcoming our guests to The Ned

  • Ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience through supervising the team on duty and providing coaching and feedback
  • Working with your team to achieve our goals and key performance indicators, with a specific focus on guest satisfaction and team engagement
  • Managing our front office when on shift, including sometimes working overnight
