Ibis budget Southampton is looking for a rising star to join our team as Assistant General Manager.

What We Are Seeking
- Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Build strong guest relationships by anticipating needs and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Providing guidance, supporting training and leading the team
- A strong and demonstrated passion for sustainability
- Possessing a strong background in Food and Beverage or Rooms, enabling effective liaison and collaboration for business development opportunities
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
- Have previous experience in a similar related role in a hotel.
- Be hands-on, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering a high level of guest service.
- Be confident and willing to push boundaries to create the best work atmosphere for your team, to manage, train, and develop.
- Be solution-driven, autonomous, and confident in your decision-making.
- Possess excellent communication and financial skills.
