What You Will Be Doing

We're looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Assistant General Manager to join our Le Pont de la Tour in Butlers Wharf. This pivotal role calls for a passionate leader who prioritizes guest satisfaction and fosters a positive team environment, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. While an understanding of financial management is required, your primary focus will be on nurturing our team members, optimizing service standards, and cultivating a culture of excellence. As a key support to the General Manager, you'll assist in implementing strategies for growth and success.
