Assistant General Manager
Annual salary: £37,000 + bonus of up to £7,000
Schedule
- 40 hour week - for an amazing work-life balance
- Generally 2 evenings + 1 weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) per week

About Us
We are looking for exceptional Assistant General Managers to join atis and help us on our mission to create a food company that is different from any other healthy food concept in town.

What We're Looking For
Our dream AGMs are / have:
- Friendly, nice people who take their work seriously!
- Minimum 1 experience as an AGM managing a team of 15+, ideally with a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen
- Great personality - patient, understanding, and passionate about developing leaders around you
- Excellent people/communications skills, you love collaborating with others.
- A focus on constant growth and improvement
- A positive, can-do attitude and an ability to work well under different circumstances
- Incredibly high standards and attention to detail
- A passion for good, healthy food
- A desire to succeed and push yourself forward within the business and the wider company
