About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, talented, high-energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) to assume day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of our Lucky Voice venue, deputising in the absence of the General Manager while actively supporting the delivery of our wider company strategy. In this role, you will lead by example and ensure that all guests have memorable moments, fun, and enjoyment as part of their experience within our venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Maintain venue product quality and appearance; promote guest recognition and handle daily feedback to foster an environment focused on guest-centricity.
- Commercial Development: Plan and execute short-term business objectives, support bookings coordination to maximise yield, and evaluate sales/marketing promotions.
- Financial Control: Support the GM in the achievement of all venue budget targets and KPIs, while monitoring cash, stock, and venue assets securely.
- People Management & Leadership: Lead by example, encouraging all team members to work together. Delegate authority, empower team members, handle recruitment in line with business needs, and foster a positive team atmosphere by recognising success.
- Training & Development: Actively drive the onboarding and coaching for all venue team members.
- Statutory Requirements: Take personal accountability for all statutory obligations, ensuring Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed, and ensure fair and equal treatment for all individuals.
