Pay Rate: £37,000 per year + bonus of up to £7,000 annually
Job Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week for an amazing work-life balance)
Location: London
Schedule: Generally 2 evenings + 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week
About the Role
We are looking for exceptional Assistant General Managers to join atis and help us on our mission to create a food company that is different from any other healthy food concept in town.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have / Are:

- Minimum 1 year’s experience as an AGM managing a team of 15+, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- You bring positive energy - the kind that sets the tone for your whole team, makes the environment feel electric and drives people to do their best work
- You show up - for your team, your guests and the business, leading from the front and setting the standard every shift
- You obsess over quality - in the guest experience, in your team’s output and in the standards you hold across the whole store
- You’re driven by constant growth and improvement - you spot what’s not working, move fast to fix it and never stop raising the bar
- You communicate clearly, openly, directly, and always with kindness. You take accountability and hold your team to the same standard - we have no time for blame culture
