Assistant General Manager

As Assistant General Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll be a senior leader within the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional hospitality, develop high-performing teams and drive strong commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend your time on the floor, setting standards and supporting both guests and team members.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the General Manager in leading the overall restaurant operation
  • Take ownership of service standards and guest experience
  • Coach and develop managers and front-of-house team members
  • Lead shifts with confidence, setting the tone for professionalism and warmth
  • Drive performance through strong communication and operational focus
  • Support recruitment, training and succession planning
