Assistant General Manager

Salary up to: £35,545.00

Know your way around a P&L, managing GP and protecting your bottom line? You could be our next Assistant General Manager. Working alongside your Patrão (what we call our General Managers), you'll help bring your restaurant's business strategy to life, delivering great results, maintaining exceptional compliance and safety standards and inspiring your team to be at their best every day.

What you’ll bring to the Managers table

  • Leading from the front: you’ll be a key part of the restaurant management team, partnering with your Patrão to lead your Nandocas, deliver great results, and create an amazing customer experience

  • Your experience: experience leading teams, running successful shifts, and delivering strong operational and commercial performance in a fast-paced environment
