We're looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join an exceptional fine dining restaurant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who is genuinely guest-focused, hands-on, and loves being on the floor. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a small team, developing the team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as an AGM, Assistant Manager, or senior FOH leader within a fine dining restaurant, ideally.
  • A genuine passion for exceptional guest service.
  • Strong wine knowledge; WSET would be highly desirable.
  • A hands-on management style and a strong presence on the floor.
  • Someone who enjoys being part of the team and leads by example.
  • Experience training, developing, and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a real eye for detail.
  • A warm, energetic, and professional approach to hospitality.
