What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
- Drive sales across attractions, food and beverage
- Support the General Manager in running our flagship, high-volume venue
- Coach and develop future leaders
- Ensure outstanding standards across service, safety and operations
What We're Looking For
You'll already have management experience in hospitality, leisure or entertainment and be someone who:
- Leads by example
- Loves working in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong commercial awareness
- Is passionate about people and customer service
