The Role You’ll Play
We are recruiting an Assistant General Manager to lead one of our vibrant & friendly teams. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing business and play a key role in delivering the distinctive Everyman experience for our guests.
As an Assistant General Manager, you will provide strong, visible leadership, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and a positive team ethos.

The Day-to-Day Script
- Lead and develop the venue team to deliver consistently excellent guest service
- Oversee all aspects of the venue’s commercial and operational performance
- Hold full P&L accountability and use financial insight to drive revenue and achieve KPIs
- Work closely with the Operations team to enhance service delivery and maximise business performance

What You Bring To The Screen
Successful candidates will:
- Bring genuine passion for hospitality and team development
- Be confident, energetic leaders with strong communication skills
- Have a strong understanding of food, beverage, and guest experience
- Demonstrate commercial awareness, initiative, and self-motivation
- Have previous experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager within a customer-focused hospitality environment
