HRC Recruitment are working with a leading organisation to recruit an Assistant General Services Manager for their busy site in Renfrew.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Facilities professional looking to develop their career within Soft FM.
The Role
Working alongside the General Services Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day delivery of facilities services across the site, including cleaning, security, catering and general facilities.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of the site
- Managing and coordinating cleaning and security teams
- Supporting subcontractors and suppliers
- Managing work orders and service schedules
- Supporting Health & Safety and compliance
- Liaising with the client and dealing with any issues
- Supporting budgets, purchasing and monthly reporting
- Assisting with payroll and people administration
- Supporting recruitment, training and development
- Deputising for the General Services Manager when required

About You
We are looking for someone with facilities management or facilities operations experience, ideally with a background in Soft FM.
You will be organised, practical and confident managing people, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Experience of Health & Safety, compliance, customer service and people management is important.
